About
(On the Inside) Looking Out – Hailey Baker;s Mission is an Approved Ontario Charity. We have obtained our CRA Business Number. Our next step is to obtain a GST/HST Number and our Official Charity Tax Number.
Our not-for-profit sector, ‘(On the Inside) Looking Out – Hailey Baker;s Mission’ will be a free 24-Hour Distress Center, available to people all around the world in Late 2017. We will provide Mental Health assistance to people of all ages, never turning anyone away based on gender, age, culture or ethnicity. Our volunteers and employees will go through on-going training to help improve our assistance to an individual during their crisis.
Due to a high demand of request, we have decided to open a second Drop-In Distress Center, in St.John's Newfoundland. This Distress Center's excepted opening is in the Year 2018.
Our Mission
To provide mental health support across the world.
To deliver immediate attention to Individuals during their crisis.

This Letter of Intent is an Agreement between Dreams are for real. / (On the Inside) Looking Out and You, the Donors! We promise that all funds donated will be used strictly for the Development of Your Distress Center.

We are pleased to announce that HBM is officially an (Approved) Ontario Charity!
The next step is to obtain our Charity Tax Number. This will allow us to issue tax receipts to donors who donate $10 or more to HBM.
We are that much closer to launching the opening of our First Distress Center in Toronto;

As you may know, we are opening a Second Distress Center in Newfoundland and Labrador;
On the Inside Looking Out-Hailey Baker's Mission - Newfoundland & Labrador.
We are required to apply for a separate charity number for HBMNL and required to file it in the province of Newfoundland.
Our application for HBMNL is currently in progress.
Although we have not received our Charity Tax Number, as of yet, we hope you will still consider making a small donation to HBM or HBM NL.
We are currently updating our website with a donation box, where you can set up monthly or one-time donations.
